We are excited to fish with you, whether it’s in Texas, Western Colorado, or Panama! To ensure that you have locked in your dates, we have the following booking requirements:
- 1/2 trip cost is due to lock in your dates.
- once deposit is received, you will be locked in for the dates agreed upon.
- there are NO REFUNDS if dates are considered to be “Prime Dates”
- we can credit you to another available date
- Remaining Balance due 14 days prior to fishing date
This process is to protect our business and our guides. Last minute cancellations are difficult to reschedule and trip costs are purchased well in advance. Please, reach out if you have any questions and concerns. Our goal is to make the booking process easy and as painless as possible.

Prime Dates
If dates are considered “prime dates,” there will be no refund issued for cancelling trips. We can move your credit to an available date, even push you to the next season, if necessary.
Texas: October 15th – Dec 15th
Colorado: June 1st – Aug 15
