Stuff happens. We get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to work with you and your schedule to get you on the water and have an unforgettable experience.
IF You Need to Cancel
You must cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged in full. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your trip, we will apply your deposit to another trip date. If you cancel within 14 days, you will be charged for the full balance of the trip.
Reschedules
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate reschedules. Your deposit will be applied to the new date, and the balance will be charged two days before the new trip date.
Bad Weather
In the event that the river is unfishable due to high flows or unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule and we will apply your deposit to your next trip. Your guide will be in touch leading up to your trip to go over any weather concerns. We may also be able to pivot and target different species on different waterways.
